So damn laggy and so hard to connect to. Most of the time when I want to use it the app just says disconnected. And it won't connect. When it does.. there is bugger all information. Where are the graphs? Where is the historical data? A $49 matson from sca gives me that! It's more expensive than a victron with less functionality. I think it's time to update your app and give your customers the value they paid for..

Hi William, if you are having trouble connecting to your BatteryCheck, please toggle Bluetooth on your phone off and on and try again. Also make sure you are close to the BatteryCheck and that there are no walls or metal objects between you and the BatteryCheck. Thanks!

Really disappointed. It was incredibly difficult to pair the device with my phone and despite my new lithium batteries being fully charged, it says they are flat! However reads ok if I select any Battery type other than lithium. I don't think either the app or battery monitor work particularly well and sadly would not recommend them to anyone.

Hi Melissa, The unit needs to be set up for the correct amount of amps, then the battery needs to be charged on 240v to ensure that it is fully charged and does a full sync. Please follow these steps and let us know how you go.

When first purchased work ok. But as time has gone on it keeps saying battery disconnected toggle the bluetooth in the phone and the two tablets I have it connected to but all say the same needs app to work. delete and reload app still no connection then out of the no where all three will start again.
