NEW YORK, NY - This week, President Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton virtually convened members of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Action Network -- leaders from business, government, and civil society - to drive action on resilience efforts in the Caribbean. The Action Network's efforts started in 2018 in direct response to Hurricanes Maria and Irma, and have been expanded to address the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in the region. FDA Takes Actions to Help Lower U.S. Prescription Drug Prices

Today, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration took actions to help provide safe, effective, and more affordable drugs to American patients as part of the Safe Importation Action Plan, fulfilling the aspect of the July Executive Order on drug pricing to complete the rulemaking to allow states to import certain prescription drugs from Canada.

Small Business Owners Say Economy Is Top Presidential Election Issue, New Poll Shows

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The state of the U.S. economy is having a major influence on small business owners' attitudes towards the upcoming election, according to a new poll taken August 21-27 and released today by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and MetLife. Over half (57%) of small business owners rank the economy as the first or second most important issue influencing who they will vote for this November.

El doctor Víctor Ramos, presidente del Colegio, informó que esta gestión se realiza en alianza con la Asociación de IPA's, la Cámara de Comercio de Puerto Rico, el Colegio de Enfermería Práctica y organizaciones aliadas a la salud.
