Esta iniciativa cuenta con hasta $2,000 para la ejecución de estrategias. As the only federal-level award program of its kind, the HIRE Vets Medallion Award recognizes employers for their investments in recruiting, employing, and retaining our nation’s veterans. 

Transitioning service members are instructed to look for medallion awardees in the geographic area they intend to relocate to. As a 2021 recipient, you would be featured on our searchable map at HIREVets.gov/Awardees. This could help you attract the best talent in your community.

Applicants who meet the criteria will receive an award certificate from the U.S. Secretary of Labor in November 2021, as well as digital images of the medallion to use in their marketing and promotional efforts.
