It's a good app with some nice features (mostly do to the scratching system and the occasional gifts) and the design itself is also good, but it also has too many bugs and crashes, especially when logging in. Overall I'd say it's a 4/5.

Super strong choice of app colors, outdated design, disorganised selection options, grotesque button design and drop down menus . Horrible experience as a customer / app user . Didn't like the colors at all of the app. Very wrong choice

I've experienced quite a few bugs but I find the app quite entertaining- with the scratch thing. Most of the issues I encountered were actually log in issues where my app would go blank whenever I logged in or just not let me log in at all. I ended up uninstalling and now, with a new phone, I experienced some log in bugs once more (with the verification code) but they quickly solved themselves and the app is now working fully well!
