At first, looks simple to use, although only in Portuguese, but if you try to hail a taxi, it's impossible. I speak French and some Italian, so I shouldn't have problem using it. I enter my location, destination, type of payment, then try to hail taxi (pedir). It then asks to enter the number of passengers. I have option for van, 5,6,7 passengers, but not less!!! Really stupid. So I was unable to call the cab, instead went to taxi station!

This is an example of a poorly made, poorly designed and untested app. Asks to register when the user is logged in, can't calculate/predict fare, APIs are slow..
