Gobernadora Wanda Vázquez Garced informa que ASES ordena suspender los referidos médicos por la pandemia
(17 de julio de 2020- La Fortaleza, San Juan) - La gobernadora Wanda Vázquez Garced informó que los 1.2 millones de beneficiarios del nuevo plan de Salud Vital no necesitarán un referido para recibir los servicios médicos, laboratorios, radiologías y servicios hospitalarios.
"Ante el incremento de los casos positivos al COVID-19 reportados por el Departamento de Salud, se emitió una carta normativa a las aseguradoras y a las Organizaciones de Cuidado Dirigido (MCO's) y proveedores de servicios en la cual establece que efectivo inmediatamente los pacientes o beneficiarios del plan Vital no tendrán que solicitar y presentar referidos para recibir los servicios médicos, laboratorios, radiologías y servicios hospitalarios", dijo Vázquez Garced.

Retail Sales Grow 7.5% in June
After falling steeply in March and April, retail sales grew 18% in May, and 7.5% in June, coming close to their pre-pandemic levels.
