Monologue Slam - Grand Finale
10 Actors. 20 Monologues. 1 Slam. You are the Judge.



Finalists will perform a contemporary and a classical monologue for The Finale. Team Taiwan's 1st Champion Monologist will be crowned and sent straight to the Regional Finals of The World Monologue Games 2022.

A monologue is one of the coolest and most honest types of performance in acting: a single piece of text performed by a single actor. All actors need to go through this process when auditioning at some point. It is both nerve-wracking and beautiful. All alone with nothing but words to get you the gig.

They have to take everything into account: meaning, delivery, and emotion - AND NOW....all in front of a live audience!

This is a great way to see real, raw, high-quality acting in its purest form. We have professionally trained actors performing alongside first-timers, and the audience will choose a champion at the end.

If you’re at home, you can watch via LiveStream on Zoom and vote live online too!
